We have about 10,000 of these spring steel nuts which we are going to give away to the first 100 contestants who can correctly identify and completely describe their application. It may not look like it, but they are black phosphate coated. Hey, I am not too good with a camera as you can see. The pictures were taken in very bright sunlight. Each person sending an e-mail to us at Sales@AaronsPushNuts.com will receive one package of 100 of these spring nuts at no cost for either the product or the shipping and handling charges. Only one package will be awarded to any one e-mail address. Send your e-mail today and we will notify you by e-mail within 7 days if you are a winner. This contest will run until all 10,000 nuts are given away.



This is a rare opportunity! We have 10,000 of these little baby's in stock. They are attracted to a magnet so they are probably not stainless steel. They have a very sharp barb on each side at the opening. The screw size that fits them is #6-32. The height of the fins that have the barbs is 1/8 inch (approximately). The overall height is approximately 3/16 inch. The width, side to side, is approximately 7/16 inch and the depth from front to back (to the hinge) is approximately 3/8. There are no markings on them to indicate manufacturer. In order to win a package of 100 you must correctly provide the part number and describe the application. They will be provided free of charge to the first 100 e-mails that correctly identify these nuts. They are on a first come, first served basis and the contest will end when we have given all of them away.
